Tara is a seasoned Realtor® who has practiced Real Estate in multiple states. 
Tara brings a breadth of knowledge from licensure in California, Colorado, and Georgia. She loves the meaningful connections she makes with people in residential real estate, but is also highly skilled in multi-unit investments and land. With over 25 years in the National Strategic Sourcing and Procurement space, Tara is known for her relationship-building, organizational efficiency, contracting expertise, and sharp negotiation skills. Tara understands that buying and selling homes can be a very stressful and emotional experience. Her goal is to make every experience as unique and personal as each of her clients. You will always work directly with Tara on your transaction, and her goal is to make the process enjoyable and exciting.

Outside of Real Estate, Tara is an avid volunteer and loves spending time outdoors and gardening. She is a stage 3c colon cancer survivor and has raised over $200,000 to support research for early onset at the national level. She is an avid animal lover and has four rescue dogs and an African Grey parrot. Three of her four dogs have special needs from a young age. Spending time with her husband and four adult children is time treasured. She has a great eye for design and has had Buyers and Agents alike ask who staged and designed her home spaces in the past. Home is her happy place, and she is looking forward to connecting with you!
